- STEP 1 - This step will be completed during the spring of 2010 and has 53 apartments.
- STEP 2 - Consist of 76 apartments. This step is planned to be completed during 2012/2013.
- STEP 3 - Consists of 41 apartments and is planned to be completed during 2013.
- STEP 4 - Approximately 85 apartments and 12 city residences/townhouses planned to be ready in 2014.
- STEP 5 - Approximately 60 apartments planned to be ready in 2015.
- STEP 6 - Approximately 70 apartments planned to be ready in 2016.
