Geir Normann was among the first to purchase an apartment in OperaKvarteret. – This is spectacular!
The idea of living between the Oslo fjord and the largest junction for collective transport in Norway triggered Normann. On the plus side came the unseen panoramic view over the Oslo fjord.
- To name but a few, I can see Holmenkollen ski jump arena, the Royal castle and the end of the fjord. And I look down on the Opera, which gives a special sensation, admits Normann.
He likes the whole concept of OperaKvarteret and having everything within reach. He looks forward to enjoying the promised Opera Beach during summer and almost takes for granted that the variety in shops, restaurants, cafes and other services in Bjørvika will be of the best in Oslo.
- For me, it is also an advantage to have direct access to mass transportation. I like to go skiing and run around Sognsvann and Frognerseteren and for that purpose, nothing is more convenient than jumping on the metro.&nb
