- I think that Bjørvika will be one of the most attractive places in Oslo. It’s already a nice place, but when you see the buildings under construction, it’ obvious that it will be even better, says Gard Fossland of the company Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PWC).
He sits in an open office space on the 10th floor and finds the view absolutely incredible. He also maintains the top functionality of the building together with the location by the fjord and the central station.
CEO Paul E. Lødøen of OSU points out that beneficial location cannot be overestimated when it comes to attracting the best heads.
- Employers are fighting over brainpower, and it will continue in the years to come. Surveys show that young employees demand much and there is no doubt in my mind that an office in Bjørvika will help companies recruit the best people, he says.
