The company OSU (1/3) owns the company Bjørvika Utvikling AS together with HAV Eiendom (2/3). This repartition reflects the ownership and interests in the areas currently under development.
The company Bjørvika Utvikling aims at serving the interests of the landowners in a best possible way through a coordinated dialogue towards all public authorities involved in the development in Bjørvika.
In order to secure control and management over all construction of technical and social infrastructure in the new city district in Oslo, Bjørvika Utvikling as has established the fully owned subsidiary Bjørvika Infrastruktur AS.
Technical infrastructure entails;
- Main installations for water, drainage and floodwater security
- Municipal roads, bridges, walkways and bikeways, parks, public spaces and wharf sides
- Installations and network for thermal energy, high voltage and IT
Social infrastructure includes;
- Schools
- Kindergarten/ day-care centre
