The Fjord City project is the largest city development enterprise in recent history and covers an area of 2 261 hectares. The project is split into 11 different sections and a separate harbor.
Bjørvika constitutes the largest development area with a volume of 900 000 square meters to be built on approximately 700 hectares of surface. In this area, OSU will develop 350,000 m² reserved mainly for offices and apartments.
The new Fjord City will stretch itself out from Frognerkilen in the west to Ormsund in the east.
